Is this a trade school?

No. We don’t train technicians from scratch — we verify what they already know and connect them with employers. Optional self-paced study modules are there if you want a refresher before the exam.

What if I don’t pass the exam the first time?

Retake it as many times as you need, free, with no waiting period. Each attempt reshuffles the questions and answers. Employers only ever see that you passed — never your score or how many tries it took.

Can I control who contacts me?

Yes. You set your own Availability Status. “Not Currently Available” stops new employers from contacting you, and you can’t receive hire or interview requests from the employer you currently work for.

What do employers get for the monthly plan?

Unlimited searching and profile views, a monthly allowance of new technician contacts, job posts with an applicant pipeline, messaging and interview scheduling. The numbers for each plan are in the pricing table above.
